【Attorney’s Bio】

Kevin graduated from Division of Public Law at National Taipei University and studied his Ph.D. at Division of Public Law at Soochow University. He was the lecturer at the Law and Business School of Soochow University and taught law classes. His presentation was complete, clear and logical. His main focus at the Firm is on civil and criminal cases and general legal counsel for corporations. He also specializes in IP ownership. His philosophy of practicing law is that the impact of a case on the client is not based on the amount of money involved. As a result, he serves his clients with due diligence and due care regardless of the significance of the event. His goal is to effectively communicate to the client so not only the client but also the lawyer, and sometimes the offender, all benefit from the result.

Civil and Criminal Laws
	Represented an international company to collect debts from Taiwanese companies and successfully retrieved a large sum of the debts.
	Represented Taiwanese companies and collaborated with Mainland law firm to collect debts from Mainland enterprises and successfully collected a large sum of money.
	Defended a highly anticipated case which involved a person in charge of an OTC company who was in violation of the Securities and Exchange Act.
	Represented a listed company to peruse civil and criminal charge regarding an embezzlement behavior of a former person in charge.
	Represented OTC and emerging companies to appeal the responsibilities of upstream manufacturing regarding their defected products.
	Prosecuted investment managers and fund managers on behalf of investment victims regarding their fiduciary responsibilities.
	Prosecuted investment managers and fund managers regarding their responsibilities in dealing with the aftermath of investment failures.
	Prosecuted on behalf of investment victims regarding their civil and criminal rights of investment fraud.
Business Law and Company Law
	Served as the legal consultant for several listed OTC and emerging companies, including chemical plastics, five-star hotels, LED international manufacturers, biotechnology and medical industry, international beauty care chain industry, film, music, and entertainment industry and handling various corporate governance obstacles.
	Designed plan to introduce capital infusion from international and Mainland investors to Taiwanese companies
	Acted as legal counsel for the merger of a listed company and an emerging company
	Acted as legal field audit consultant for a Japanese company during their acquisition of a Taiwanese company.
Labor Law
	Serve as the legal consultant for several listed OTC and emerging companies, specializing in dealing with complex labor standards and personnel issues and designing HR system.
	Design and construct of labor retention and severance issues after mergers and acquisitions,
	Labor inspection, overtime pay, severance, pension, working hours, labor and health insurance related issues
IP Law
	Represented international companies to acquire Taiwan-related entertainment and intellectual property rights.
	Represented internationally renowned brands in combating various counterfeit products and tracking the responsibility of counterfeiters.
Sales of NPLs
	Represented a number of banks and asset management companies in auctioning their NPLs or participated in the bidding of NPLs
	Participated in the sale and negotiation of land and housing assets from guaranteed bad debts
