Chen Litseng is a practicing lawyer with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in civil and criminal litigation associated with securities trading, corporate governance, director/supervisor responsibilities and compensation affairs between listed companies and the Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center (SFIPC). She has played an important role in a number of high-profile cases such as the “Societe Generale securities bills” case, the “Typhone Inc.” case, the “Taiwan Fluorescent Lamp” case, the “Industrial and Commercial Bank of China” case and the “Pacific Electric Wire and Cable Bill” case. The near $10 billion bill between the SFIPC and Pacific Electric Wire and Cable that lasted nearly 15 years set a precedent for the SFIPC having to surrender its shares to be able to make compensation.

For many years, Ms. Chen has been serving as a consultant lawyer for a well-known listed Company in Taiwan. She is responsible for internal regulations and the drafting of contracts for the protection of the company's trade secrets. She has represented the company in carrying out many civil and criminal proceedings against employees who have violated business trading secrets regulations. Ms. Chen’s expertise lies in the procedures for the protection of company business secrets.
