【Bio】

Janet graduated from the Business School of University of Missouri Kansas City Campus and the Department of Lands Economics of National ChengChi University. She was the project manager of Ernst & Young Asset Management Company and engaged in the real estate development and transfer tax planning project.

Since 2008, she has been the head of the offshore department of the Firm. She is responsible for the planning and application of domestic enterprises' investment in foreign or mainland regions, application for foreign companies' investment in Taiwan, setup of domestic and offshore companies, and application in the MOEAIC. She also participated in many cross-border mergers and acquisitions or investment projects. Janet is enthusiastic and responsible, and is excellent in combine the practical experience with legal norms in various cases.

	Planning for the overseas holding structure of overseas ventures of a listed construction company and the establishment of offshore companies.
	Offshore investment structure planning and execution for a renowned video game company pre-OTC listing.
