Historical Background

The predecessor of AY Commercial Law Offices was the Legal Department of an internationally renowned chartered accounting firm.
On July 1, 2004, Mr. Lin Chih-Chung (Frank Lin) – who is a qualified lawyer, accountant and security analyst – successfully transformed it into a client-oriented international commercial law firm. With its unique core values and core competitiveness, AYLaw is established as an outstanding brand name in the highly competitive field of legal services.

2004 July	Separated from the legal department of Ernst & Young Taiwan, and named An-Yong Attorneys-at-Law.
2005 July	Mr. Yeh Min-Kung joined the firm as a partner, primarily handling engineering, medical and litigation cases.
2006 July	Formed a strategic alliance with AY Commercial Asset Management Co., Ltd, Longwood Real Estate & Land Administration Office, Longwood Real Estate Agency, and AY Real Estate Appraisal Office.
2007 July	Mr. Chung Kai-Shiun (Kevin Chung) joined the firm as a partner, primarily handling intellectual property, labor and non-performing bank loan cases.
2008 January	For clarity, "An-Yong Attorneys-at-Law" was renamed as "AY Commercial Law Offices".
2008 May	Formed a new department of "Offshore Company Registration Department".
2013.	Mr. Huang Chien-Chen ( Jerry Huang ) joined the firm as a partner, primarily Corporation, Banking, financial derivatives, securities & futures transactions, enterprise mergers and acquisitions cases.
